The orange ones are the most basic skills which you need in carrying out a discovery call/meeting. If you are doing an INBOUND SDR/BDR role, you need the orange skills.

The pink ones are the additional skills you need for outbound prospecting. If you are doing an OUTBOUND SDR/BDR role, you need the orange + pink skills.

The green ones are additional skills for AE roles. If you are doing an AE role, you need all the orange + pink + green skills to do his/her job.

Sometimes, an AE with just the orange + green skills could achieve their sales target when his/her company’s marketing team can supply them with enough inbound leads. However, these AEs would suffer when they don’t have enough pipeline from marketing and need to generate pipeline through outbound/prospecting.
